In what hours is Customer Support available?

Our customer service receives calls or answers emails from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 15:00. Order and eventual modifications can only be accepted from 6:00 to 12:00 on the next business day. Monday to Friday until 12:00. We will respond to emails arriving on public holidays on the first following business day.

How can I order?

After registration and via telephone (+36 12321171) during ordering period.

Can I order these more meals a day?

Of course yes, there is no limit to the number of meals or portions! The required number of the order must be entered in the order box!

Delivery days:

Monday to Friday working days! No weekend or weekend delivery!

Which days can I order?

Monday to Friday can be ordered for any day! Orders delivered until 6.00-12.00 on the previous working day!

Can I request this information by email?

I didn't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check if your email program has sent your email to the "Spam" folder. If not, call us!

How do I modify or supplement my delivery address information?

Online from 6.00 to 12.00 on the working day before shipment (except Monday because it is Friday until 12.00). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the changes. In case of online registration and ordering, you cannot change the delivery address in the telephone customer service, only in case of orders placed on the phone.

Can I register two addresses with an email address?

You can enter an address with an email address.

Can I modify my already placed order?

On the business day before delivery, from 6:00 to 12:00, except Monday, because you will be on our customer service phone until Friday at 12:00 (+36 12321171). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the changes.

You can request a cancellation temporarily only from the telephone customer service!

Can I get the price of the canceled and paid food?

You can buy the price of your canceled meals at your next order or return it to your account on request.

I can't log in to my online account because I don't have a user name and password.

I have a problem signing in, what should I do?

If you receive an error message while signing in, first make sure that the information you provided is the same as your registration. Check that "Caps Lock" is not turned on, this is a common mistake - our system detects the difference between uppercase and lowercase! If everything is correct and the problem still exists, click on the "I forgot my password" icon! If not, call our customer service!

Can I ask for food for a specific time?

Our meals ared elivered between 06:00 and 13:30. To arrange a time, we need a preliminary meeting with our telephone customer service. The time of delivery of food is usually the same, due to unforeseen circumstances.

How can I pay?

- Cash in the courier
- By courier with Erzsébet voucher, Accor-Edenred voucher and Sodexho voucher. We are unable to return the vouchers!
- From a website (online) with a credit card via OTP SimplePay. There is no way to postpay SimplePay, it is only possible when ordering.

We can't accept a Szép card!

There is no way to transfer your credit card payment in our system.

What are the costs of ordering?

Our prices include VAT and delivering costs!

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum daily order amount is 400 HUF.

If you have any problems with the operation of our website or our services, please inform our customer service immediately so that we can handle your complaint immediately! Your complaint will be investigated no later than the following business day and we will notify you in writing.
